Wedding Party

This is our wedding party. There was very little question about who was going to be in our bridal party. These people have been beside us through many different events throughout our lives as individuals and they are part of our lives together. Without them, we likely couldn't pull this wedding together.

Angela McGregor - Maid of Honor

Bride's side, Best Friend

Angela and I have been friends since elementary school. Growing up we were unlikely best friends, but we have shared a lot of interests and a lot of memories, from spying on the new hot boy who moved in next door in grade 7, to Angela's beautiful wedding in 2003. She's been more like a sister than a friend, and we remain that way.

Angela and her husband Wayne live in Calgary. This is Angie all pretty at her wedding in Dec/03.

Brandy Matheis - Bridesmaid

Brandy and Taren met through a friend and attempted to live together during university. Despite that disaster they have became close friends. We use each other to make sure we get to aquasizes, and help each other procrastinate as much as possible. Brandy is from Langenburg, SK and goes to the U of R. She's in her third year of Justice Studies with hopes of getting into the RCMP.

Corey Crawford - Best Man

Corey and Brad have been friends for over 20 years. He and Brad have been inseperable for most of this time, and now he only lives 5 houses down from us. The best advice Corey ever gave Brad is "Brad you should be an electrician, its the only trade where you won't get dirty and you don't like to get dirty." Corey's other best advice: to Brad: to use limes in draft beer.

Corey lives with his wife Amber and stepkids Tyler and Kyle. He works for a trucking company and keeps himself busy by running the boys around to their football, baseball and rugby games and practices. During the summer he and Amber play softball with Brad and Taren.

Kevin Harive - Groomsman

Kevin and Brad have been friends for over 10 years. He is always there to lend a hand to Brad and to help Brad create mischief whenever possible. For example, on the way back from Moose Jaw they snuck into a field and "picked" sunflowers. for Taren. Kevin is also the guy who brought Brad into the restaurant I was working at the night Brad and I first talked.

Kevin works for Halliburton in Libya. He is home for roughly half of the year, off and on, so Brad and he spend a lot of time together when he is home. Kevin lives with his girlfriend Kendra and they also play on our ball team during the summer.

This is the only picture we have of Kevin. He's making balloon animals at Corey and Amber's wedding. So this one will stay here until he remembers to send us a different one.

Russell Bird - Usher

Bride's side, Bride's Friend

This is Russell and his girlfriend Jocelyn. Russ and Taren met at Augustana University College during their first year in university. Originally from Ontario, Russ spent a few years in Sherwood Park, and now he and Joc live in BC. He's been a great friend to Taren, often keeping her from making stupid decisions, and feeding her all the cheesecake he can. Russ has completed his degree in English from the Unviersity of Alberta and hopes to be a city cop one day.

Rick Connell - Usher

Rick and Brad have known each other for many years too. He lives with his wife Michelle and has two adorable kids: Riecey and Tynan (I'm sorry if I've spelled them wrong). He and Brad share a love for video games and NFL football. So every Sunday Brad disappears to Ricks....and he reappears in time for Family Guy.
